Montblanc Star Legacy Nicolas Rieussec Chronograph 43 mm

The Montblanc Star Legacy Nicolas Rieussec Chronograph reinforces the Parisian connection with many elements that celebrate the City of Light. The graphic Clous de Paris motif on the elegant green dial originates from the geometric design of Paris’s cobbled streets, and is continued onto the oscillating weight. “Académie des Sciences de Paris” and “Chronographe Nicolas Rieussec” are engraved in French on the flange, as a reminder that the academy validated Rieussec’s invention in 1821. The lining of the strap has also been enhanced with a map of Paris from 1821. The green interchangeable calf leather strap has been specially designed by Montblanc’s Artistic Director Marco Tomasetta, who drew inspiration from the Maison’s writing instrument nibs for its pointed shape. The timepiece comes in a 43 mm stainless steel case and is powered by the self-winding Manufacture monopusher chronograph movement MB R200.
